Terms and Conditions

1. All transactions at the RIP Shop are subject to a seven day cooling-off period. During this period, the RIP will refund transactions without question, subject to return of goods (where applicable) and notification in writing.
2. Membership of the RIP is subject to the conditions set out in the Memorandum and Articles of the society. This includes a formal commitment set out in Clause 6 of the Memorandum to pay to the Institute a sum of not more than £1.00 (one pound sterling) in the unlikely event that the Institute is wound up.

4. Where applicable, goods will be dispatched within fourteen days of an order being processed.
5. We have a 60-day no questions asked replacement policy for damaged and missing items.

7. Your statutory rights are not affected.
